JOB DESCRIPTION

Support to manage and frequently update the Sanofi owned digital channels (website, intranet, internal social platforms), for both internal and external communication channels.

Develop creative assets (infographics, graphics, e-newsletter, POSM…) which can be leveraged to promote the internal and external communication campaigns.

Develop videos to enhance the corporate’s messages to internal and external audience.

Support on the logistics and execution for the events including employee engagement activities as well as the CSR activities.

Develop the content and digital assets to recap the events mentioned above.

Other responsibilities not listed above as requested by the Head of Communications and the Communications Manager
Requirements (education background and needed competencies)

University degree, graduated in Marketing/Communication/Public Relations preferred

Effective communication skills: Good sense of Vietnamese, Fluent in English

Basic knowledge of design software: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Abode Premiere/After Effect, and/or other movie maker tools

Independent, ambitious, highly motivated, organized and proactive.

Working full day from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) in 6 months.
