    Key Responsibilities

    • Experience working with returnees, refugees, or trafficking survivors.

    Requirements

    ● Based full time in Hanoi and able to commute to our office in Tay Ho district.

    ● Interest in sustainability-related topics

    ● Have a degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related major.

    ● Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.

    ● Ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

    ● A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

    ● Experience with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software; design software and tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…)

    ● Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.

    Role: This position will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of SPVB’s sustainability agenda which deliver company-wide sustainability goals and drive impacts for business. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director – ESG & Communications, the Manager will oversee the model transformation and implementation of key initiatives across all sustainability pillars and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage external key stakeholders to drive sustainability programs and support continuous improvement.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. ESG program management and execution:– Lead the execution of sustainability programs, ensuring they align with SPVB’s strategic goals- Manage key sustainability initiatives, such as positive water impact, climate action (GHGs, CO2 emission control), containers & packaging, health via improved choices, and Enriching life ensuring timely and effective delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive enterprise and functional sustainability projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource management.- Monitor and report on sustainability projects, tracking performance against KPIs, and propose improvements and innovations as needed- Manage the budget for sustainability programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to meet project objectives.- Oversee the allocation of resources across sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

    2. Innovation & Continuous Improvement– Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of innovative sustainability models, initiatives and innovations to enhance SPVB’s environmental impact.- Act as the key contact point for proposing new strategies, ideas, and improvements to the Director level.- Leverage industry insights, stakeholder feedback, and emerging sustainability trends to drive continuous improvement in SPVB’s sustainability efforts.

    3. Stakeholder Engagement– Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and industry associations, to ensure alignment and support for sustainability initiatives.- Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the execution of SPVB’s sustainability strategy and enhance collaboration on key projects.- Represent SPVB in selective sustainability forums and working groups as assigned by CA Director, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on industry-level sustainability efforts.

    4. Communication & Reporting– Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of sustainability initiatives to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Support the development of communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders to promote SPVB’s sustainability accomplishments.- Collaborate with the communications team to enhance the visibility of SPVB’s sustainability achievements through media and public platforms, promote employee engagement to sustainability programs to drive culture of sustainable development.

    Q5. Team Development & Collaboration– Lead and develop team with a culture of collaboration and high performance-  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization- Build up team capability to deliver the agenda effectively

    Your Team Skills and Experience

    – Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Management or a related field. Additional degree / certificates in Environmental Management or Sustainability business is a plus.

    – Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, or related fields- Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies- Experience in managing projects, working with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices across the organization

    – Strong project management and stakeholder management skills- Communication Skills: Proficient in promoting and explaining sustainability strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to identify and drive sustainable innovation.- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.- Business acumen in driving sustainablity which deliver impacts for company.- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
