The Communications Intern will support Communications and Digital Fundraising Officer in content creating and designing for offline/online communications and fundraising for the organization by using website and social networks (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn); online crowdfunding platforms; Email Marketing and events.

Report to: Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising Senior Specialist
Location: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Content Creation (40%)

Develop/edit communication content in different forms in the form of articles, images, videos, etc to serve the organization’s communications and fundraising.

In charge of content and posting on the organization’s digital platforms including the website, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Coordinate with Communications and Digital Fundraising Officer to prepare communication materials for the organization’s media and fundraising campaigns/events.
Graphic Design and Video Editor (40%)

Take photos/edit images and videos necessary for internal and external communication through social networks, websites, TVC, etc.

Design images used in printing communication materials for events and fundraising activities: direct fundraising, online fundraising, corporate fundraising and the organization’s website content such as banners, brochures, standee, backdrop, leaflet, and wobbler, etc.

Newly designed and update the organization’s communication products: pens, key chains, t-shirts, canvas bags, notebooks, teddy bears, and communication toolkits for fundraising.

Collaborate with the program team to get the daily videos and pictures to use for communications and fundraising materials.

Work with the event and design agencies when required.
Others (15%)
-
Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to run fundraising campaigns and events.

Writing new fundraising cases to raise funds on Momo – a crowdfunding platform and sending the report to Momo when required.

Send monthly e-newsletters to donors.

Other tasks as required by Direct Manager.
Learning and Development (5%):

Upskill through training and workshops with Mentors/Trainers.
Requirements

Background in Marketing, Communication, PR or related fields.
-
Have a passion for content creation, graphic design, video editor.
-
Open-minded, responsible, meticulous.
-
Can work 2-3 days/week on-site, the rest will work online with team.
