Thông qua việc kết nối cộng đồng liên ngành, trao quyền cho thế hệ trẻ và thúc đẩy sự gắn kết giữa truyền thống và đổi mới. Bằng kết này, MapMe góp phần hỗ trợ địa phương  bảo tồn bản sắc văn hóa cũng như có thể thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu và phát triển sinh kế bền vững. 

    2. Trách nhiệm chính

    • Thiết kế các ấn phẩm truyền thông (poster, banner, infographic, brochure) phục vụ cho các chiến dịch truyền thông và sự kiện của MapMe.

    • Phối hợp với đội ngũ marketing, content để đảm bảo hình ảnh đồng bộ và nhất quán trên các kênh truyền thông.

    • Hỗ trợ chỉnh sửa các nội dung video ngắn.

    • Sắp xếp và lưu trữ các file thiết kế một cách khoa học và dễ dàng truy cập.

    • Đóng góp ý tưởng thiết kế cho các chiến dịch marketing và truyền thông.

    • Đảm bảo các sản phẩm thiết kế phù hợp với định hướng nhận diện thương hiệu của MapMe.

    • Tham gia họp offline định kỳ hàng tuần để cập nhật tiến độ công việc.

    3. Yêu cầu ứng viên

    • Đã tốt nghiệp các ngành: Thiết kế đồ họa, Truyền thông đa phương tiện, Marketing, hoặc các ngành liên quan.

    • Có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế đồ họa, truyền thông hoặc các dự án tương tự.

    • Thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế như Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma,…

    • Có kỹ năng chỉnh sửa video cơ bản bằng các phần mềm như Premiere Pro, After Effects là một điểm cộng.

    • Có khả năng sáng tạo, thẩm mỹ tốt và tư duy thiết kế hiện đại.

    • Khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả. Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận trong công việc.

    • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế trong các dự án cộng đồng hoặc truyền thông xã hội.

    2. Trách nhiệm chính

    • Hỗ trợ điều phối, lên kế hoạch tổ chức các sự kiện/chương trình của MapMe tại địa phương.

    • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và xử lý các công việc giấy tờ liên quan đến tổ chức sự kiện (hợp đồng, giấy phép, tài liệu).

    • Thực hiện báo cáo tiến độ và các tài liệu liên quan theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

    • Hỗ trợ các công việc hậu cần trong quá trình tổ chức sự kiện 

    • Tham gia họp offline định kỳ hàng tuần để cập nhật tiến độ công việc.

    3. Yêu cầu ứng viên

    • Sinh viên năm 3 trở lên hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các ngành: Quản lý dự án, Quản trị kinh doanh, Phát triển bền vững, Xã hội học, hoặc liên quan.

    • Có khả năng tổ chức, quản lý công việc và làm việc nhóm tốt.

    • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và điều phối hiệu quả.

    • Biết sử dụng các công cụ quản lý dự án như Google Sheets, Notion, Trello là một lợi thế.

    • Thu thập và sắp xếp nội dung từ người dân, doanh nghiệp, chuyên gia vùng Mekong.

    • Điều phối và sắp xếp các file truyền thông, đảm bảo tổ chức khoa học và dễ dàng truy cập.

    • Hỗ trợ điều phối, tổ chức các sự kiện của MapMe tại địa phương.

    • Experience working with returnees, refugees, or trafficking survivors.

    • Strong project management, budgeting, and reporting skills.

    • In-depth understanding of migration policies, bilateral agreements, reintegration challenges, and legal frameworks.

    • Proven ability to engage with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations.

    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) at IELTS 7.0 level equivalent.

    • Technology-oriented; proficient in MS Office, Excel, VBA, MySQL, Data Management, and AI.

    2. Viet Nam Youth Climate Empowerment Pathway (VYCEP)

    VYCEP is Gen Zero’s core program for 2025, designed to equip young Vietnamese leaders with the tools and opportunities to engage with climate policy and action.

    • Target Audience: Primarily university students (18-24), with outreach to high school students (15-18), international changemakers, and marginalized youth.

    • Key Phases:

      • Phase I: Kick-Off (May-July):

        • Stakeholder Roundtable: Fosters dialogue and collaboration among youth agencies, government, international organizations, and experts.

        • Awareness Tours & Capacity Building: Raises awareness and equips youth with essential skills for policy engagement.

      • Phase II: Action (August-September):

        • Mock COP Competition: Simulates COP negotiations, enabling youth to develop and propose policy recommendations.

        • Capacity Accelerator: provides in-depth training to those who have been shortlisted in the mock COP competition.

      • Phase III: Elevate (October-November):

        • National to International Climate Participation: Selects and trains a youth delegation for COP30, and related engagement events.

    • Job Summary: The Program Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing program impact through effective coordination, implementation, and financial management of Gen Zero’s initiatives.     Job Title: HSE Internship

    Reporting to: ESG and HSE Assistant Manager

    Department/Section: ESG

    Key Responsibility

    HSE Internship will support HSE and ESG team to maintain Health – Safety – Environment regulation so that the company and businesses operate in accordance with the framework and regulations of the law and customer requirements.

     

    Duties of the role

    • Consolidate and establish HSE – ESG dashboard on software

    • Work closely with ESG and relevant teams to organize communication activities on Safety, Environmental, Wellbeing at the workplace

    • Conduct factory walk thought to check all activities comply with safety, environment, sustainability, procedure, standard and make internal HSE report

    • Other duties as assigned from superior

     

    Qualifications

     3rd or 4th year students with major in Environmental, Safety, Industrial Management, Data analysis, Human Resource,….

    Good writing in English is a plus.

    Work experience and skills.

    • Graduate from university with major in Safety, Environmental Management field.

    • Passionate on Sustainability Development.

    • Have experience organizing communications activities on Safety, Environmental, Wellbeing at the workplace.

    • Have basic knowledge in data analysis.

    • Can use Canvas, Power BI.

    • Good communication, Proactive, Teamwork, Time Management, Creative, …

    • Good writing in English is a plus.

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The Office Manager will be in charge of the operational tasks within the company. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    ● Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.

    ● Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.

    ● Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.

    ● Coordinate office events, team meetings, and other internal activities.

    ● Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.

    ● Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.

    ● Assist in handling invoices, expense tracking, and basic financial documentation.

    ● Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, drafting job posts and monitoring monthly KPIs.

    ● Provide support to other departments as needed.

    Requirements

    ● Based full-time in Ho Chi Minh City and able to travel to and work at our office in Thao Dien.

    ● Interest in sustainability-related topics

    ● Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management or related field.

    ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.

    ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    ● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    ● Previous experience in admin/accounting/HR-related tasks is a plus.
